The Watch Club is an exclusive club that surrounds itself with only those who share their passion for beautiful luxurious timepieces.
An exclusive members website was proposed, where content could be viewed by invite only, making the Watch club not just a shop, but an aspirational brand.
The Watch Club’s customers come back time and time again. They wanted a website and eCRM program that made them feel as if they were part of the horologists world and an exclusive club member.
We suggested providing a website and eCRM program with realtime information on newly acquired watches, recently sold products, trends within the market and the odd interview with some of their more famous customers. This would not only create an eCommerce solution,  but an aspirational arena for all their marketing.
The eCRM program would provide bespoke content, relevant to each user / user profile
