I’m a UX, Interaction and Digital Designer with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations create intuitive digital experiences. I enjoy simplifying complex problems, improving user journeys and designing accessible products that balance user needs with business goals. My background spans healthcare, education, retail and agency environments, giving me a broad perspective on creating experiences that are engaging, effective and useful.
Outside work, I’m a Harry Potter fan, a real-life Hermione Granger—without the annoying bits—and a lover of The Lord of the Rings and Bridgerton, although Bridgerton could definitely use more orcs. I love teaching children, encouraging creativity and making things that are useful, engaging and a little unexpected.
Oh, and an educator too!
